Not long on specifics, but it confirms level up to 70, Blood Elves as new horde-aligned race, and a new continent (Outland).Beep

Panderans make more sense than several other rumors, both from WC fiction and what alliance racial perks would be useful. I find the choice of Blood Elves for horde, personally, to be more to give hordlings something to ogling like alliance night elves. Even money BE/NE dance will be the same, as well.
