Wear and Tear on Armor/Wpns
FWIW, I asked on the WoW community forum about how wear and tear on armor/weapons was calculated. The answer from several respondents was consistent...if your armor durability is >0, then it's fully effective. 10 durability out of 100 is as good as 100 out of 100 ('cept it won't last as long). At zero, there is no armor from the item. Wpns at zero are unusable, btw.
