Ie, If you're a pally switching to your drood, Talk to Me first to let me know that i'll be needing another paladin, And then talk to Kemo. who'll be overjoyed that there's another drood.

An editorial comment about main toons...and WHY we ask you to declare one...

It all about fairness and managing class balance. We believe that you are entitled to pick a main toon and get preference in raid signups for that toon over someone else's alt. Alts will continue to have raiding opportunities, but they will have a lower priority for raid signup than main characters. Guild members will continue to have priority over non-guild members.

When we actually start issuing raid invitations, quite often the signup list is "moot"...ppl aren't on-line when needed and have not made arrangments with the leader for late arrival. The raid leaders then do what is needed to fill out the raid with whatever classes are needed to be successful. While guild members will always get first crack, if no guildies with the needed classes are on-line, we will go with who we can get. Players with alts may be asked to switch if it will help class balance.

When we get DKP up and running, any toon that raids can accumulate DKP. If you are asked to switch to an alt, you may assign your DKP for that raid to any of your toons.

Since we have a shortage of warlocks now I talked with Ricca and Luna (current warlock class officer until the position gets filled) about changing my main from my rogue, Ladywraith, to my warlock, LadyAbyss and they have given their blessing for this.

so LadyAbyss is my main now in all her face melting goodness.

It has come to a point where I think Anah is equipped well enough to be useful any time we need her. Anah has never been my favorite toon, but always the most needed. I would like to shift my focus to Friolator (Uber-Arcane mage) for end-game. I have no problem switching to Anah in any instance where she is needed more than the mage, that's why I leveled her, but I will start regularly signing up as Friolator when possible, as long as the class leaders don't have a problem with that. I see the slot vacated by Ouchthathurt and would like to fill it.
