There's a FLIGHT PAD, not a flight path. Its used for the AQ opening string and another silly random 'gathering' quest out of IF. It's also decorative. That's about it.

Admins, Moderators, and certain select 'special' people with forum rights can, yes.

Case in point: All those news bites getting shuffled from General Forums to Announcements for the front page.

My way would've involved a lot of Copy and Paste though.
