ok... no ony cloaks have been given out.. and for the most part.. none will be given out untill we are up to the point where we need them (5th BWL boss is first NEED for it) as for priority... tanks.. then healers.. then melee (all of raid must have them for the fights) then the rest of the classes

Is there a reason why we wouldn't start making them sooner? Its a good FR cloak and they could be used in MC by people even if you don't "need" it for the Shadow Flame protection. If thats the decision that the officers made then its fine, I'm just not sure why we wouldn't help the people doing MC with some decent FR gear that they could use later in BWL too. Its not like the Ony scales are doing anything for us in the bank

GM Decision here...
We will make and stockpile the Ony Cloaks and place them in tgbankertwo. When we get to BWL at an appropriate boss, we will start passing them out, We may pass out 40 in one raid to ensure that all have them. It is important to note that if we give many out now, they are not needed...and we've already lost one to a tank that "needed" one when we still hadn't killed Rag yet...and now he left...we risk more situations like this.
We will stockpile and hand them out later.

IMO you would also automatically take action to add the +7FR or the +15FR enchant to any "special resist" cloak.

Most of us don't have a bunch of nexus crystals sitting around yet
but the +7 is good bang for the buck.
