Go here for the raid signup page. You will need to register with the site, be approved and promoted by an admin, and then add your characters to your account. Once you have done that you can then signup for raids.

It was a confirmed casualty some time ago.

It still exists, but it won's upload to the new site. Apo tried his hardest, but the makers of the site had a bad upload function that wouldn't import our old tables of data.
