Out for a few days
Guys, I have had to cancel my raids for the next few days. Last night my back completely locked on me and I was unable to move. I went to the hospital and they gave me some muscle relaxers, but basically told me to take it easy for a while.
I hope to be back Friday, but I don't know for sure if I am going to be able to sit at a PC for that long to raid, so I may have to cancel for this weekend as well.

i have a reclining desk chair.. it is very comfy too... and well it doesnt do justice to me when i have back problems... it IS comfy... =P

We have both laptop (with WOW installed and patched) and LayZBoy, but his doctor said he wants him moving more than sitting. And, well, 2-4 hr raids are not so good for this.
