i bought the last one EBgames had =D (ok.. cant prove it.. but between the time i confirmed my order.. and refreshed the page... it went from 'pre-order now' to 'back order now'

I went and pre-ordered over the weekend at my local Gamestop. They said the current release date they have is Nov 29th.
