Lords don't require 40. They can be downed with probably as few as 15 (maybe fewer?), but 20 seems pretty standard. Some are harder than others.

Personally, I'm up for either AQ or ZG tonight - really doesn't matter to me.

As far as lords go ... there is a scheduled run for Monday after Ony on the raid site already. I believe it's been there since the Onyxia raid went up.

Just want to point out that Lords are hard to schedule. They are on a timer (I think 4 hours) that if another guild comes along and does this, we would not be able to do it. Just an FYI

Gaviin, think back to how many times Siulung, Gundola or I asked for help to do Lords over the past 10 days. FYI everytime it was asked stones were up and we got ZIP for help, this is TOTAL BS. If you don't know the reason someone is doing these, don't presume it's SILLY. Think back to how you did most of your CC rep grind, doing that dang bug over and over, then think about how that might be silly to someone. Don't critisize others for their method of completing a task, that you've done some other way and no ones critisized you.

That's fine if people think what I did to grind CC rep was silly. I don't really care. The difference between that and this is I didn't need or expect anyone else to help me, and I never bitched about it. I understand that part of being in a guild means that you have a give and take with your fellow guild members. You scratch their back, they scratch yours and whatnot, but let's look at this situation...

First off, I *do* know the reason people are doing these, as evidenced by my explanation to Pistos here in this thread. Second, this isn't like a Scholo run... Lords essentially require a 20-man group. This is hard to get together simply by asking in guild chat on the fly. Even if there are 20 people online at the time you're asking that would do it, it's unlikely that they'll all respond and that everything will come together. People are often thinking "well, I'd go, but I doubt we'd get a full group together, and I don't want to waste time going all the way to Silithus only to end up not doing anything". Third, a lot of people don't know what the Lords are, so they have no reason to want to go.

If you want to do Lords, the solution is simple: ask an officer to put up a raid on the schedule. You'll probably have more luck that way.

Above all, don't bitch at other guildies for not helping you with this. While it's nice when people do help out, it's certainly not their responsibility, and it's childish and, yes, silly of you to yell at them and throw a tantrum when things don't work out the way you want.

FYI, all us doing this have ask repeatedly to do Lords before and after AQ runs, also before or after Ony runs. Tonight I tried once again to get this going and ALL 3 stones were up when I did, the result was once again near ZIP. I even tried getting people via LFG channel and got a total of 9 people together after a little over a half hour. So now instead of asking, I'm just going to hold all those sets and only play Hale when raids are scheduled, because frankly, I spent plenty of time helping others and the guild out with minor help in return. So can forget laying a guilt trip on me about helping others, I've been there to help others quite a bit.

I don't think anyone is laying a guilt trip on you Hale. All of us are trying to get things done during the time we're not hitting MC or BWL or Ony or ZG or AQ. I've been asking repeatedly for more ZG enchant runs and more attempts and subsequent kills of Jindo. Its taken a while, but we're finally heading in there Monday for Jindo. In the many many weeks I've been asking for this we've done scheduled Lords runs, impromtu Lords runs, and after AQ Lords runs. Its not often that any scheduled raids don't fill up. That doesn't mean the crystals will be up, but it would be more effective to schedule a raid for Lords and if they aren't up go hit AQ or ZG than to just ask in guild chat when everyone is busy working on other things that are important to them. For instance the other night when you guys were asking for more for Lords there was a group of us doing Baron with Manny to help him get exalted with AD. Its not that people aren't willing to help guildies. Its just that there are alot of things people are working on all the time.
