Re: button locations
Icsist, notice that my UI is minimal in terms of what buttons show. If I am in Bear, only those buttons show. If I am in Cat, only those show. If I am in Caster, my healing buttons appear and my current Cat/Bear buttons becomme my Caster DPS buttons.
I also recently added Healing buttons to the left near my CTRA for quick click-heals of the raid.
Below my buffs, I have Mark and Thorns that show if I don't have them and they have a macro that targets me and casts...so I lose the buff, the button shows, I click it, I get buffed, the button dissapears...
Flexbar is going to be getting a nurf when the expansion comes out...so don't try learning it just yet. They are redeveloping it (I'm an admin on their forums.)...it's just not going to have some of the combat functions that it used to.

Re: button locations
yeah ive experimented abit with Flexbar, it seemed alright, but I felt that it was unnecessary for me. I use to have the healing buttons like that as well.. but now i have an add on for my keyboard that is basically a nother set of keys labelled 1 - 10. Thats what i use for casting my healing touch spells.. so i kind of went away from the whole " click target, click spell, click target, click spell thing".. It was difficult getting use to at first, but now i dont think i could cast healing spells with my mouse anymore..
Thats why you probably found it odd that I only have 2 healing touch spells on my cast bars as a resto druid :PQUOTE : "Icsist has a little shameless behavior in the past"

Re: button locations
With the keyboard addition i have 10 buttons.. for all my ranks. I still dont have the AQ one BTW. So basically i just use my best judgment on whatever rank i feel will get the job done without overhealing.. But I still feel i overheal too much.

Re: button locations
1. background and boarder are not visible.. I made them visible so people can see where they are on my screen. So they dont say.. Hey, put this there.
2. Same with KTM.. I only keep it up when need be.
3. Character picture is there because I had nothing else to put there.. I originally had my map there, but I guess i just cant get the hang of it being down there... Im so use to looking up in the top right hand corner to see it..
4. Titan Bar.. Same as map.. I got so use to it being down there... I tried to put it up top, but its hard to get use to change.. Although its probably a smart thing to do... Ill give it a shot again.QUOTE : "Icsist has a little shameless behavior in the past"
