Just to make sure it's viable.
It's tough to ask for something when you're not fully sure how it'll work... which is why I wanted to try it out first. So far, so good though... training DJs should be pretty easy. Only sticky issues are upgrading the station as we get more listeners (another reason I didnt want it in the gen. forums). Right now I'm subsidizing 100 on-demand listeners and 30 live. If it goes higher then I'll have to take donations/etc. It's also touchy how we'd control DJ access to the station as right now everyone with DJ access can basically control everything. This might be solved by only doing relays, but relays are a bit clunky.

Anyways, you guys should just be able to use the www.tgradiolive.com domain in a couple hours - it should automatically fwd. to the station. Once a groovy website is made we'll have it list the current DJ, playlist, rss feed to station status, chat for requests, email to DJs, etc. DJs will get a tgradiolive.com email addy.

Rebroadcasting a paid stream is probably not legal. I'm not sure how that works. You probably have to login to even grab the stream, so I dont think I'd be able to grab it directly. You could shoutcast it out perhaps and then I could relay it, but like I said... probably not legal. Gotta check.
Another way is for you to DL the mp3s and then shoutcast-relay em or just share/upload them to the online library. The scheduler would then cue up each broadcast automatically each day.

Ok... from here on out TGRadio will be located at:
www.tgradiolive.com

for now, it'll redirect to the live365 server until we get a good site goin or upgrade to a permanent type dedi. host solution.
You will still have to press play and possibly register with live365 to listen... for now. I will keep posting every once and a while here until given the "ok" for TG as a whole.

I can just shoutcast the previous days broadcast possibly. Just got to tell me how.
