Below is the Application form for creating a Squad. Please fill out the below form and post your Squad Application.

- Loot Rules: (Please describe how loot will work on your squad runs)
- Squad Size/Makeup:(How many people are you going to carry on your squad? What makeup (tank, healer, secondary healer, DPS) are you looking for?)
- Tentative Roster(if it exists): (if you have anyone currently planning to be on your Squad, please list them. If you already have people, please list how many people/what roles you are looking to add.)
- Squad Mate Rotation: (If you are going to have more than 10 people on your squad, how are you going to handle rotation?)
- Application Process: (How will people apply to join your squad)
After this is done, the Officers will review the Applications and give it the thumbs up, and then you are all good!

Squad Leader: Sajier
Squad Name: TG-Illidan
Motto: YOU ARE NOT PREPARED!
Purpose: TG-Illidan will be a squad focused on consistent, solid progression through WoW content. Through research, commitment, preparation, and consistency, our squad will push our abilities and work to accomplish our squad's goals.
Squad’s Playtime: Primarily, we will look to raid 7:30pm – 11:00pm server time 2-3 days a week. Raid days (initially) will be Thursday, Friday, and Monday. Saturday and Sunday will be held open for Heroic Mode/factioning/material grinding. Expectation is that everyone should at least be available for 2 out of 3 raids so we can fill out all 3 raids each week.
Initial Goals: Completion of Karazhan. Completion of all heroic instances for progression.
Loot Rules: The goal is success of the squad, not any individual. Loot will work on need before greed, with rolls deciding between people of equal need. Expectation is that people look to take care of the squad as a whole, not just themselves, and thus if someone else could put an item to better use or it would be a much larger upgrade, that you would pass. We take care of each other!
Squad Size/Makeup:
Total Squad Size: 13-15- Tank/Offtank(someone who fills another role unless asked to tank): 2 or 3.
- Primary Healers: 2 or 3
- Secondary Healers (able to fill other roles unless asked to heal, aka offtank/DPS): 2
- DPS(mix of caster/melee/ranged): 7
Current Tentative Roster:- Tank: Beep, Kelilyse
- Primary Healer: Sajier, Junebugg, Lunatg
- Secondary Healer: Jedril
- DPS: Deleo, Dewidkat, Valik, Aeryck, Tarenth
- Available Slots(to max desired squad size of 15): 1 Tank/Offtank, 1 Secondary Healer, 2 DPS.
Squad Mate Rotation:
We will look to maintain balance for every member of the squad, which means that those who sign up for a raid but don’t get to go will not have to sit out consecutive raids. Again, the goal is to take care of every member of the squad because it helps the squad as a whole.

Applications should be sent in PM's to Sajier. Applications should contain the following:

Squad Name: Defiant
Squad Leader: Gaviin
Tactical Leader: Talara
Purpose: We will be composed of a close group of dedicated, skilled, and adaptive players who will progress through end-game content quickly and thoroughly. Emphasis will be on teamwork, preparation and a very focused but friendly atmosphere. We will exhibit openness, thoughtfulness, and a strong sense of fairness in everything we do.
Goal: Pwnage. Plain and simple.
Timing: We will raid as often as people's schedules line up. As the situation stands currently, typical days would be Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Mondays, and typical times would be from 7:30pm to 12am. These are flexible, and there is no set schedule at this time.
Size/Makeup: We will look to carry a maximum of 15 people, with a sensible class balance.
Current Roster:
Tank: Talara, Delg, EldionrasLoot Rules: Need and greed rolls will be used. Common sense will determine which squad members will be eligible to roll, and it is expected that people be selfless when it comes to loot. Final say on any disputes will fall to the Squad Leader. Unneeded green drops will typically be disenchanted with the resulting materials being split evenly amongst the enchanters present at the time. Exceptions can always be made.
Healer: Wintrow, Pistos, Manetheren, Iliana
Off-Healer: Maxarilius
Damage: Halten, Shirokuma, Gaviin, Starrocketer, Muirc
Open: 2 damage (at least 1 mage)
Squadmate Rotation: There will be no formal rules for rotation at this time. There will be informal discussions to determine the best course of action on a case-by-case basis, and it is, again, expected that people be selfless and reasonable.
Application Process: PM me. Simple as that.
Try to be detailed in terms of goals, commitment, and any other thoughts you may have. Don't hesitate to ask me any questions (in-game or via PM) prior to "formally" applying.

Squad Name: TG-After Hours
Motto: "Better late than never!"
Purpose: To be a squad where players who play later in the evening can advance and experience WoW's endgame. Current focus on Karazhan and Heroic mode dungeons.
Squad’s Playtime: 9pm - Midnight, Karazhan 3 days a week for now, mostly during the week (leaving weekends for RL and/or 5man activities)
Goals: Clear Karazhan and Run Heroics
Loot Rules: If an epic is an upgrade, fits the role you are filling in the raid, and you have not already won an epic for the night, you /roll against everyone else who meets the criteria as well.
Squad Size/Makeup: We plan to have 15-18 people on the roster, possibly more. Although we desire and plan to progress as fast as possible, we also want to allow as many TGers as possible to experience endgame.
Tentative Roster:
Tanks: Hitch, Uglyduck
Healers: Yotion, Aerlynne
DPS: Amalie, Painnuker, Mavestorne, Shalt
We are currently seeking 1 tank type, 2 healers, and 2 DPS. Paladins, Druids, and Warlocks are especially needed.
Squad Mate Rotation: If a raid is full, we will rotate sitting out from raid to raid to ensure everyone gets maximum play time. Exceptions may need to be made to ensure class balance and/or raid success.
Application Process: Run some instances with myself or other TG-After Hours members, and then either send me a PM through these forums or send a tell in game.

According to Hitch, the TG-After Hours squad is officially ended. Those who were part of the group are "back in the pool" with the opportunity to create or join a new squad.

Purpose: Yeah, what they said! Seriously, we want our squad to include dedicated raiders looking for a relaxed atmosphere. Come to have fun, but Be Ready! Ready to play, and ready to learn. We will all be learning together.
Squad’s Playtime: At this time, we are planning to raid 2 times per week, depending on the availability of our squad members. Raids will be starting at 8pm server time.
Goals: Our initial goals include learning our way through Karazhan, and tackling the heroic instances.
Loot Rules: We will be using need before greed; members will be expected to roll using common sense and to put the needs of the squad above their own.
Squad Size/Makeup: We have 17 members (as of right now, 14 are keyed).
Tentative roster:- Tanks: Elensara, Elonwi, Goodman
- Healers: Anastacea, Argonax
- DPS: Amalie, Clipper, Dreadd, Gaze, LadyAbyss, Mavestorne, Ogi, Sweetbippy, Vondoom
- Not yet keyed: Aphrodyite, Arakron, Dreamchaser
- Available Slot: another healer, preferably a paladin
Squad Mate Rotation: No set plans for rotation yet. Scheduling is going to be tricky, so we will make decisions based on class balance.

Purpose: We will provide a casual, friendly place to focus on achieving mastery over the end-game content. We will pick up our teammates when they are in need of help with catching up in some area. We will share knowledge of strategy that will enable efficient progress through Karazhan and the Heroics.
Squad’s Playtime: We will start with 2 raids a week, that will be Monday and Wednesday starting at 8pm server time. As we progress we may add a third raid on a weekend night that starts at 8pm server time. The times are tentative for the moment and will be subject to change with ample notification if too many schedule conflicts exist for a significant number of members.
Initial Goals: Progress though Karazhan and the Heroics.
Loot Rules: Loot will be need before greed. Any questions regarding appropriateness of rolls will be dealt with in a respectful and helpful manner. Our focus will be on upgrading our teammates, not on sidegrades.
Squad Size/Makeup:

Squad Motto: Because we all see ourselves somewhere...
Purpose: To grow as a group, helping everyone along the way until we're able to take on Heroics and Karazhan
Squad’s Playtime: Playtime is yet to be determined
Goals: Get everyone on a level playing field, and to decimate the heroics and Karazhan!
Loot Rules: 1.) Class & Spec Appropriate 2.) Mains before alts (*some exceptions apply!*) 3.) If you're there, you can roll.
Squad Size/Makeup: I think about 15 people, maybe more, maybe less. The group will nearly always be made up of two tanks, five DPS, and three healers.
Tentative Roster(if it exists): As it stands now, a full group is assembled. An updated list will be posted as I talk to people.
Squad Mate Rotation: I fully expect that not everyone will be available all the time for every raid. With that in mind, we will rotate as necessary and bring in other guild members or current alts to fill gaps.
