html to [item] translator addon?
Does anyone know if there exists any addon that will translate my html squad bank file to [item] code for upload to my squad bank forum thread?
I found an addon that records my squad bank contents as an html file but can't use the html in a forum post.

To my knowledge the only way to do it would be to change things manually or get a new addon.
Slap it in [code][/code] and lets take a look at it.
Alternatively you could use a word processor to search and replace certain pieces of text with another, but its been so long since I used advanced features like that I wouldn't know where to begin.My sanity is not in question...

Why not use the CharacterProfiler addon to collect the data? It records it as a Lua data structure and is what is used to update guild rosters. You can find PHP code to parse it as part of the wowroster web application at http://wowroster.net/.
