Well I can't complain about not being heard, and I do appreciate the officer's taking the time to respond.

As everyone else seems pretty content, and as I'm clearly in a very small minority here, I'll say no more but to wish you all the best of luck with your platoon.

It could also be that a lot of people, like me, are in a wait and see mode on the 25 man raid direction. I can see both sides on this but at this point I am going to sit back, enjoy the game, and just see what happens.

I wouldn't say that you're in the minority... you're just in the vocal minority. If you know others feel the way you feel, get them to speak up... As i said... you can't complain if you don't do anything to fix it.

If you have an idea that you think would seriously work for you, and for the guild, send it to the officers. (more than just one of them.) and then hound them.

Some of the best things to ever happen to TG were brought about by people that presented an Idea, and then owned it. That's what gets guilds places... unfettered motivation... Everybody wants something, and they work for it together.

all i have to say is, it may not be easy standing on the outside looking in. but gruul isnt easy for any of us working to down him either... not to dog on cocidius or SF seeing as how we do have members of BOTH in the "temp 25 man" squad. as they said b4 this is not the permenant squad and who knows maybe ill break my hands in a freak accident and they may need someone else to come in, or maybe i wont do enough dmg to be qualified to do the 25 mans with this starter squad. with this being said "knock on wood" but keep in mind you arent the only one who isnt in theres 300+ members in tg and currently 25 of them are "meeting requirements" to do the 25 mans, i know cocidius alone almost has enough members to do 25 mans and with the following SF members once u guys get as geared as Illidan/Defiant there will probably be another squad formed there as well. being as how im a member of cocidius, jest is, gaZe is Special forces and SEVERAL others with the 25 man that are there, are from other squads. this cant be pinned to Sajier or Gaviin for "stepping up" and takin the position to run the squad. Im sure that all the officers had Progression in mind of gear anyways, and honestly has cocidius or SF tried as hard or as long to do kara as illidan/Defiant has? i know cocidus is doing 1000% better now that u have what u need to succeed but prior to that was it any diffrent? we keep the progression up and help the others then they will be in the 25 mans as well. this being said 40 man raid (BT) we need at least 2x 25 mans to do any ways??? so how can this one squad progress without another saxen? it cant u need 40 dedicate ppl to do black temple a 40 man raid and in order to have that u need to have a amnt over the 40 so no shows/r/l problems we have back ups...

just keep in mind this 25 man cant succeed without another... itll get better as we go

Fun little fact for everyone. There really can be no outside or inside discussion. If you think you're on the outside then you're already on the inside to think you're outside. If you don't know if you're outside or not, then you really are on the outside and we'd never have this discussion because you're on the outside by choice and would never even talk to us to complain about being outside. ^_^

Express an interest and you'll get to go. You might not be on the A-list, but we'll keep an eye out for you and you'll be going ASAP. For short things like Gruul and Mag the A-list is a very temporary arrangement and loot saturation will happen very quickly so spots will frequently open up. Its when we get to things like serious SSC and TE that we might form multiple platoons similar to how we now have multiple squads in Karazhan. As always, free lancers are welcome, but you just won't get as much run time as the regulars.
