ACE Users: Alternative to WoWACEUpdater

It's strictly Java and worked like a charm. I don't know why, but the WoWACEUpdater was giving me an "unexpected" error and shutting down when I started it up.

Only issue I noticed was that it creates "placeholder" files in your /interface/addons directory for addons you may never use.
