Other Info: I manage a music department in a Barnes and Noble in Connecticut. Into philosophy and transhumanism.
3) How much general experience do you have with World of Warcraft?
Years/Months played: A little over a year and a half. Been inactive, for a year, returning now.
Typical play schedule (days & times): Somewhat varied. I tend to be on more often in the evenings and late at night. Sundays also tend to be good for me.
4) What do you enjoy most about World of Warcraft and your characters?
I enjoy the plethora of content available, and the appeal of tweaking aspects of a character for maximum potential. Specifically for the mage, I enjoy the playstyle of a hard hitting, fast moving class that depends on control to survive.
5) Which statement best describes your goals in playing World of Warcraft? (please select only one)
[] I am focused on end-game raiding progression and willing/able to dedicate the time and effort necessary to be successful (3+ raids per week).
[] I want to see as much of the game as possible, but don't have the time or desire to raid frequently enough to master the most advanced instances (~1 raid per week).
[X] I prefer raiding 10man instances and heroics.

- As a quick aside, while I used to desire heavy raiding, that has changed. I may still enjoy a raid occasionally, as opportunity and the raid's needs dictate, but It is by no means a priority for me now. I intend to put more focus on PvP and 5-10 man instances.

5) How did you hear about Tactical Gamer and/or who directed you to apply?
I was a previous member, and interested in returning, hence reapplying.
6) What positive things do you feel you can bring to Tactical Gamer?
I've always been a capable and effective player in game, but I've also got a keen mind for developing new solutions, I'm inquisitive and have a talent for giving good advice..be it involving
WoW or not.
7) What positive things do you feel you will get out of joining Tactical Gamer?
Primarily, a return to the people i used to play with and enjoyed the game with, and friends to do some of the new content with.
8) What aspect of the [Tactical Gamer Guild Creed & Values] appeals to you the most (link provided in the application instructions)? While all are strong values, I think, choosing one, Integrity, is the one most appealing. I dislike the drama that sometimes grows out of control in these games, and I particularly liked that people would be frank, even when they might not agree.

Tactical Gamer, Imminent
10) What made you decide to part ways with your previous guild(s)?
I left tactical gamer about halfway through last year, after a year with the guild. I had received an invitation from Imminent, then one of the most progressed raiding guilds on our server, and i was in a place in my life and in game, where i was interested in trying to tackle the higher end raiding content, and playing in a raiding style that was a bit more hardcore than
TG was able to provide at the time. I parted ways on reasonably amiable terms, and Raided with Imminent for about 3-4 months. However, the guild was rife with bickering and drama for the later month or two of that period, and it soured my desire for the game as a whole, prompting me to quit
wow completely at that point. Imminent then imploded a month or so later, so apparently i got out at a good time.
11) How much Burning Crusade raid content have you experienced on the character with which you are applying? Please differentiate between bosses you've seen and those you've defeated.
I'd cleared Karazhan, Gruul's Lair, Magtheridon, and all of Serpentshrine Cavern, as well as
A'lar, Void Reaver and Solarian in Tempest Keep. At the time i quit, the Black Temple had only recently been opened, so this was the majority of what was then available.
