Mateo asked me in chat a couple of days ago about the "best" way to stance dance. I dunno about the best way, but here's how I do it.

I created three macros...and bound each to a hotkey (F1, F2 and F3 in my case).

The command part of each macro is as follows:

/script CastShapeshiftForm(1) - This will put you in Battle Stance
/script CastShapeshiftForm(2) - This will put you in Defensive Stance
/script CastShapeshiftForm(3) - This will put you in Berserker Stance

Personally I do everything with mouse-clicks, only thing I use the keyboard is typing and movement. Here is a screenshot of my UI during the Venoxis boss fight in Zul' Gurub.



You can see my stance buttons in the middle of the bottom set of buttons, whenever i click one of the stances it changes to the appropriate stance. The surrounding buttons also change to those most appropriate for the current stance.
