Lest there be any doubt, warriors are expected to get near 150 FR ON THEIR OWN by checking this list and making the runs to gain the items.

If you choose to come to MC or BWL with much less than that, you may find that healers will have to focus their healing on players who may actually survive the fire-type encounters.
