Create a group called
"Tactical Gamer XBox" and then this can be a group for the whole of
TG and not just FFOW and link it to the email you have already created. The reason for this is so people can move between games freely and still find
TG people to play with
Questions on accepting requests;
How is the group managed, is it a matter of going into the hotmail account daily and acceted requests ?
Do you need an xbox to manage the group ?
Overall, what's the exact procedure ?
Questions on benefits
If somebody logs on for a few hours gaming, can they they see through the
TG group who is on ?
Can they see what games people are playing ?
Can they even see what server they are on and server details like ping, map, no. of players
If they can just see names of who's on, do then then go into chat rooms that users create ?
If its jst names, can you have text communication with someone who is in game and ask them what server they are on ?
Overall whats the practical day to day benefit of using the group ?
Assuming there is good benefit then we can advertise this new user friendly feature in this forum and
the xbox forum

XBox account is linked to a hotmail account. If checking the hotmail and approving the requests to join doesnt require an xbox then you could have a thread in the admins roundtable and take turns managing the account, much like admins take turns with ribbons behind the scene work
