I believe it's extended to 3 years. And it may be pretty much indefinite considering the issues they've been having. Call 360 support and a bet you'll get a free replacement if yours is toast.

I'm just getting mine back for the second time today, yay! Sucks that it happens, but at least they're good on their warranty.
