Re: Assassin's Creed
I loved the game and thoroughly enjoyed the story. The side quests were getting a bit repetitive, but near the end the AI seemed to step up a couple of notches. (Breaking your blocks)
I think it was slated unfairly by the media and reviews, and to be honest it made me want to carry on with AC2 straight after I finished the game, which can only be a good thing.

Re: Assassin's Creed
I liked it a lot for about the first 2-4 hours, but shortly after, the entire game is EXACTLY the same from start to finish. Absolutely nothing changes from when you pick up the control to when you put it down. I'd give it a 6 out of 10 for a good storyline, but incredibly repetitive gameplay is what killed this game for me.

Re: Assassin's Creed
This is one of those games that a person must get into the story to appreciate. If you are the type of gamer that only plays a game for scores or to beat a game as fast as possible, this is not the game for you. However, if you enjoy being a part of the story and see the side quests as part of that story it can give a very immersing experience. The game plays more like an interactive movie.

Re: Assassin's Creed
That's the only reason I actually do like this game, is because it has a really good storyline with a good twist and cliffhanger. My only problems were with the redundant gameplay and those FREAKIN HARRASSERS!!! I hate those guys sooo much, lol. Soo many times they have shoved me into a guard and caused me to fail a mission.

Re: Assassin's Creed
It's strange, guards don't mind when those lepers push you... but when you push them, look out (Also avoid pushing them into scaffolds or merchant stands... that REALLY pisses the guards off!)
