how to cancel XBL account...
Anyone know how to cancel your XBL account, kinda funny, well not funny more F'ed up, that you can modify your account, upgrade via XBL but can't cancel an account...and no where does it tell you... pathetic....
I got my daughter a live account on a monthly basis for the summer, but now she's not really play much so want to cancel her account...

You need to call xbox live support and cancel... I agree, it's mighty F'ed up.

I think you can do it online as well...via a PC, not an Xbox...go figure.

Aye, it's a wee screwy.
This is the reason I ended up owing them money for an account I left dormant for a few months. I figured it would cancel soon as I couldn't come up with the funds, but it looks like you can run up a large tab before they decide to cancel... I mean, suspend.
