Re: multiplayer on the 360...
I absolutely enjoy gaming on the Xbox 360 and would love to see it develop a strong presence within the community. The only thing really holding it back seems to be the difficulty in finding like-minded gamers. Perhaps some basic structure is exactly what we need to get things off the ground and Tactical Gamer seems like the perfect avenue to do this.
I think Rainbow Six Vegas 2 would be a great title to use as a guinea pig, so to speak, for strengthening the Xbox 360 community within TG. Just taking a quick scan of the Xbox Live Leaderboard shows that a lot of members have played the first title in this series, so there is a lot of potential for a decent sized player base. While this could certainly be done with a current game, I believe we may have more success with a new title and using the time before its release to develop some structure around it. Afterward, we can use our experience developing this first group to branch into other Xbox 360 titles.
I think having a separate forum within the Xbox 360 tree would be a great start for R6V2. A lot of reviews, screenshots, reports and other fantastic information tends to get lost in the sea of posts within the Xbox 360 forum. A dedicated Game Officer is another great idea and would certainly help keep the group focused and moving forward through the process.
I believe this would be a better route than trying to form a general In-House Squad for the Xbox 360. It can be a chore just getting an IHS off the ground and I think we would all benefit more from an all-inclusive approach. Squads could certainly blossom out of this for particular titles, of course, but even they would benefit from a solid Xbox 360 player base.
Gaming on the Xbox 360 has a lot of potential, so let’s pull the trigger and get things started with R6V2!
On a personal note, I had some technical issues with Xbox Live and basically had to revert to an older version of my account. In the process, I lost most of my Friends List, so I will try to start adding everyone this weekend and hope to find my way into a session.

magnum, shotgun on 360 battlefield series control xP
and bf bc im sure will also be multiplayer, comon, its the BATTLEFIELD series... single only would be scuiside.
well it wouldnt because it would still be loved, but still, theres tons of room for multiplayer..
but i think its release might have been put back a lot.. so army of two, which should be friday coming, and rock band, which here in the UK should be the 21st of march...

Re: multiplayer on the 360...
Yea I guess the emphasis might be on single player but with something for xbox live, it'd silly not to when they can make extra money from the marketplace and you know ea loves that kind of thing.
Thats what the free bf heroes thing for pc will be, free but money (micro-payments..) for custom stuff
Can anyone tell me if saints row is good online

Re: multiplayer on the 360...
Seems like dedicated/sub-forums for CoD4 and R6V2 would be great. The xbox group for Frontlines: Fuel of War is really picking up steam and having a good ole TG time

Re: multiplayer on the 360...
At this point, I don't feel like inviting other players to our party for fear that they may already be involved in another group.
Our party can run with up to 6, so I guess at this point you could send me a message if I'm in game. I probably won't respond to invites in CoD4 because I'm always in with my other players.

Re: multiplayer on the 360...
well the usuals, that have been playing together for a while, have sort of an agreement... when your starting a game or party, invite everyone online... don't take offense if someone ignores you, and don't respond with a answer or explaination... just join if you want or able...
This way people playing can ignore you w/o hurting your feelings, and interferring with there current game... and people playing don't have to stop playing to read why you can't play.Magnum
