Lovely isn’t it? Mine gave up the ghost during the COD4 Beta about two weeks ago and I just received the coffin in the mail last Monday. I shipped it out yesterday but who knows how long it will take to get it back.

On the plus side this whole ordeal has gotten me off my butt to get my PC upgraded and back into games like BF2 PRMM. Not to mention trading in my 360 copy of R6 Vegas for ArmA last weekend.

How's it runnin'? I haven't fired my x-box 360 since December? January? But, if I stand the box up to the tower position it won't open or close. I'm thinking about sending it in before my warranty expires. I'll have to dig my reciept up, I bought it sometime last November. No problems other than that, but I've only logged in 20-25 hrs on it since I got it. Undead- you might know this, was that a bad batch of X-box models? Anyway I can tell? I'm just expecting the worst at this point.

I'm not sure which ones are worse than others NorCal. They all seem to be pretty bad. Once they are fixed hopefully thats it. Although, some people were having problems with fixed ones too. I'll have to wait and see, so far its been running fine, its still running just as hot though.

Mines been gone for 5 weeks now. Apparently it only got to the repair place last week, when it was sent off a long time ago. Im hoping for mine to get in before the 18th so I can get in some R6V2.

Did you track the heck out of it? It's hard to believe it would take 5 weeks to reach the repair place.

UPS still has my 360 and they are scheduled to deliver it to the Microsoft service center in Texas on Monday 3/17.

Nah, SSBB is filling the time. At least Nintendo knows how to respond to overwhelmed servers faster than Microsoft.

I don't know how yours took 5 weeks, but mine is coming back repaired next monday, actually it will be tuesday since I am out of town monday. Mine only took 1 1/2 weeks.
