Started around 4 am last night.
Searched the all-knowing web -- "Caffeine withdrawal is often characterized by a headache, fatigue, feeling less alert, less energetic and experiencing difficulty concentrating."
And didn't I just miss a morning dentist appointment -- got confused on the time.
And I am tired.
Of course, I could just be old and it could be just a brain tumour.
Never missed a dentist appointment in my life.
It all started when I ran out of tea yesterday, but found an unopened package of decaf tea in the cupboard.
I switched from coffee to tea (with the occasional weekend double decaf expresso) earlier this year, but have been drinking regular Earl Grey tea (hot . . .).
Less caffeine in tea than coffee, but still.
Now I'm off to the store for some more tasty tea.
More on caffeine and health here.
No announcement yet.
