    Darkilla: In short, NS is pretty much really fast chess. With guns. Apophis: I haven't seen anyone say that SM's are better than non-SMs. Nordbomber: This is THE first server I've seen where either side can comeback from out of seemingly nowhere with the right teamwork. en4rcment: I have NEVER experienced the type of gameplay that I have found here. Nightly I am amazed at the personalities and gaming talent. Zephyr: Apophis is clearly a highly sophisticated self-aware AI construct that runs on a highly modified toaster oven in Wyzcrak's basement.

    I voted yes. It's not thoroughly tested, but it's only CO, so who cares? Also, we can turn it off if we don't like it.

      I like it. Wyz, I would suggest he change the numbers (IE the 5 and 2) to variables so that each server can find the best configuration.

          I voted yes. I hate the current CO spawn rate, as it always leads to aliens killing the one lone marine that spawns in with little to no hope of a comeback.

          Hey, it's at least worth a shot right?

              It's better than the beta4 system, although the team spawning at the same time could rape the attacking team.

              I still think dual spawns no matter the number of players would work just nicely. This would make any spawn campers have two targets to worry about rather than just one. It doesn't help the lvl 1 rine with no armor, but oh well: he's probably screwed anyways.

                While Beta 4 didn't have any real effect on our size combat games, I support the idea of trying this out just to take care of the old spawnkilling problem.
