  • [INFO] What TV show are you currently watching?

    Seeing as we have similarly titled threads I thought I'd kick off the TV show thread for 2012.

    The River

    (freaked me out in the second episode, I don't do dolls hanging in trees)

    Currently watching on TV: Hustle. Hustle is pure fluff, so ridiculous but so fun to watch. Final episode ever this Friday though. :(
    Recently watched on TV: Sherlock. Awesome. 'Nuff said.
    Currently watching on DVD/BR: Community (series 1), Caprica. Community is great, probably the best thing I've seen in years (only narrowly beaten by the first series of Sherlock and Downton Abbey). Caprica is pretty good, it's a bit like the slower BSG episodes but less frustrating.

        Ive been following "How I Met Your Mother" on CBS over the past few seasons. The Walking Dead of course cause its epic, Topgear UK, and Ive just started watching Keifer Sutherland's new TV show "Touch." I was a huge 24 fan so I figured Id check this one out too.

          Touch looks very appealing. I've seen the first episode and it has promise. Its now up to the writers to take it in a direction that wont get boring after 3 episodes.

            Hey bolagnaise, long time no see Aussie!! I watch a lot of the show "House" and that doctor (the young white one working under House starting in season 1) sounds a lot like you in Teamspeak hahaha.
            Anyways, I watch a lot of crap reality tv shows like The Voice (singing), the Bachelor (yes i'm a sissy but I do watch it with my wife LOL) and currently Alcatraz (was a big fan of Lost and "Hurley" is now on Alcatraz so gotta watch him on that). I'd also love to watch Game of Thrones but currently don't have HBO...

            Edit: Oh yeah and Fringe is good too..
            You know what attract bullets the most in Battlefield 3?? MY HEAD!!

              Gold Rush. It's like watching clowns driving heavy equipment and fighting.

              Also watching all episodes of Futurama with my little girl.

                      How? How do you watch that show? It just blows my mind that people enjoy it. I sat down and tried to watch an episode of it with my dad because he loves it. Couldnt stand to watch before the first commercial came on. Its worse then "Two and a Half Men" with and without Charlie Sheen. And that show was TERRIBLE!

                          Interesting. Its a bit Blair witchy as it actually filmed by a "discovery channel type" film crew so its meant to be watched as if it's a documentary/.recording of events that have already happened and not making you feel like its happening at that instant as some other shows do.....like how Homeland does for example(best TV series IMO of 2011)

                            @Joe,

                            Because I am a nerd at heart and I find the stereotypes that they act out in the show is spot on and the characters are a nice mixture, especially everyone pitching Walowitz (the Jewish engieneer with no phd) crap about him being "dumb" due to no phd and the Indian guy as well. Good casting for a nerd comedy. I've been watching the ones on TBS and haven't really cought up with the newer episodes.

                              I'm not a huge fan of the show, but its good for a laugh. I have not seen a single two and a half men since Ashton joined. Its just too much like That 70's show now to me.
