I don't think you're allowed to post porn here, Harlequin. ;)

That being said, that's the second prettiest thing I've seen all week.

        [SBR'ing a S&W Lower]

        Just nit picking.

Looks nice. Too bad BO costs your first born these days.

Lol. So do Colt lowers, and my other lowers are plastic. Besides my S&W has a 3lb Timney trigger in it, the most critical part.

Regarding ammo, when I first ordered the barrel and sent off the paperwork, BO was at about 50 cents a round. The cheapest I've gotten it recently was $1.35, if you can find it at all. Looks like it's time to get into reloading.

Thing of beauty. So that would do nicely for home defense

Even worse... the cost of reloading supplies. Ugh.

                Thanks Ven. That's partly the idea. Sub-sonic 220gr hollow points shouldn't over-penetrate.

It's not too bad. You can use 5.56 shells which I have tons of. Primers and powder are cheap. So that just leaves 30cal bullets which are currently 30-35 cents each. My old man used to reload so he's got everything I need but the bushings, dies, and case trimmer which will pay for themselves in no time.

I can reload 9mm for around 50-55% cheaper than the store. .380 about 60-65% cheaper
