  • Payday 2

If anyone is looking for a good coop game to play you might want to give Payday 2 a shot. There are a ton of TG members who have been playing Payday 2 down in the IHS channels for the past few days. If there is anyone who has the game, but doesn't have anyone to play with except the random strangers, then I’d recommend hopping down in the IHS channels to see who is playing it. I know for a fact that all the members of 73rd Air Cav own this game and if anyone is looking to join us they can. I’m sure once this post goes up; other TG members will probably post up saying they own the game. If you’re looking for a ghost/enforcer, let me know, those are the 2 trees I’ll be working on.

For anyone who hasn't bought the game yet, I’d recommend it. It is a very fun and addictive game to play. Game allows up to 4 players per game room. I’ll add the gameplay trailer to the bottom of this post.

Also, I'd recommend playing this game with people, the single-player is I think, broken. the AI bots, don't really help you, they mostly there to help you get back on your feet, or be a meat shield. So like I said, play with people.

I'm always looking for more players to play with, if you haven't added me on your friends list for steam - http://steamcommunity.com/id/bbf_vita158/

    Re: Payday 2

Been scoping this, and I did notice there are a few TGers playing, hoping to grab it. How does it run on older machines, and idea? I don't have the latest in hardware, (BF3 barely ran good), so not sure if this game is pretty graphically intense. The levels don't look too massive so that should make it less of a hog...

the graphics seems to be dated a bit, but not sure how an older computer would handle it. this website should help - http://www.game-debate.com/games/ind...ame=Payday%202

        Re: Payday 2

I recently downloaded it and started playing and I must say that Overkill added so much more to the original game that Payday 2 is almost like a game of its own and not a sequel. The new guns, a better skill tree, subtle changes for repeated heists, the flexibility to take a stealthy approach to things and blend in with the crowd or smashing and grabbing, the progressively tougher waves of police assaults, and the variety of heists really keeps me sucked in when I was playing it.

Success of your heist really depends on your group; I found I had more success with those who use VOIP rather than those who don't but that isn't always the case. It is one of those games to play with friends or make friends with due to the four of you forming an incredibly tight crew.

12th has been playing this nightly lately (a bunch of us picked it up on steam-sale). It's REALLY fun! The progression trees, different character builds and tons of replayability. Anyone else still playing?

I play occasionally but not as much as I used to thanks to crappy internet and other games getting my attention.

wish we could make custom maps for the game, be nice to rob a casino or something, have tons of camera and tech security few guards, lots of people.

I'm pretty much Ghost with a few skills thrown in other spots to help do solo runs. but I don't think I'm maxed out on lvls..
