  • Tactical LAN Parties?

Are any of you into Tactical LAN parties? A lot of LAN parties I've been to, generally don't have very good team play.

I live in Orange County/Los Angeles area and I'm wanting to bring my LAN in the direction of having more of a "team" focused game play.

Anyone see this done well at a LAN? Or attempted to be done but fail horribly?

There have been the TG bbqs and such in the Texas area. That's all i've heard.

If memory serves, the northeast had one as well, but that may have been Network 42 and not Tactical Gamer.

I attended both TX BBQ/LAN parties. It was great meeting other people and lots of fun.

I'd be interested in attending a SoCal get-together.

The website is lan dot jeffersonkim dot com (I don't have enough posts yet to put up URL's).

We don't really have a lot of "team players" at the LAN right now. I'm trying to work up to it.
