  • Ability for viewer to fill out form on a PDF file

Can't seem to find a google answer. I'm wanting to create a document that the viewer can read and fill out - think application gotten of a website - yet don't want the user to change the document other than filling out the ____________ information. The viewer would fill in the blanks then e-mail or fax the document back to me. Can a PDF file allow this to be done or should I use another document type?

You need Acrobat Pro to do this. I also believe NitroPDF has the same functionality but is less expensive.
