Below is a screenshot of how my Firefox looks like. How do I fix this?

Import your bookmarks/favorites into Chrome and use Chrome? :-)

        Re: Firefox Problem

Check for updates for both Windows and Firefox, as well as updates to all your drivers.

Make sure your addon's are not causing the problem. Remove them and add them back one at a time until you receive the same error.

If that still doesn't work, save your bookmarks and reinstall Firefox.

Or you could use Chrome....it's over 9000 times better than Firefox!

If you do use Chrome, part of the installation process is that it should import your bookmarks for you.

After installing Chrome, you should uninstall Firefox because you won't need it again. Just make sure it has imported your bookmarks.

            Re: Firefox Problem

Start by starting Firefox in safe mode. If it works in safe mode, then an addon is causing a problem. You can then start determining which one is causing the problem.

I have an "Ask Jeeves", "AVG Safesearch", and "Bing" toolbar and I've never had that happen. Consider getting them. This is bad advice.

I'm starting to get used to Chrome, so I think I will switch. How do I import my bookmarks from an HTML file? I think that's what it said to do...

                  Re: Firefox Problem

If your bookmarks are still not uploaded, go to Chrome->Settings then scroll down to the Users section. Then click on Import bookmarks and settings... and then select your browser. Much simpler than the HTML route.

Alternatively, if you want to go the HTML route(which you shouldn't need to): Export the HTML file from the previous browser, go to the same place as above and instead of selecting a browser select HTML file. Then direct it to the file.
