    Yes, it's a good deal! The 105 mbps internet without cable is like $120 a month by itself. You're also getting some premium channels (HBO, STARZ, etc) along with a usual cable package, and VoIP telephony. Pretty good, though personally I'd never use the VoIP telephone since, you know, everyone in the house has cell phones.

        The Voip isn't worth much. A cell phone is a lot more reliable since it doesn't depend on your wired internet connection. Comcast here in Chicago isn't exactly know for reliability, but they go down far less than AT&T.

        Here's a possible breakdown:

        $120 - 105 mbps internet
        $80 - premium cable
        $20 - good voip telephony

        $220.
