  • Java going nuts

I see that there are knowledgable people here, so I may as well make use of the forums...

Java is messing up, meaning I can't play Jake2, the Quake2 engine implemented completely in java. Java freezes whenever I exit any Java program, period, and I've tested this with pretty much every java program I can find. Strange thing is, it works just fine in safe mode. Anyone have any idea what could be messing it up?

    Re: Java going nuts

No clue. I'd probably start by looking for a Java users forum, maybe on Sun's Java site or a newsgroup. (You can search newsgroups at http://groups.google.com/.) For example:

    Dude, seriously, WHAT handkerchief?

snooggums' density principal: "The more dense a population, the more dense a population."

Iliana: "You're a great friend but if we're ever chased by zombies I'm tripping you."

Thanks. I scoured USENET, to no avail. :< Guess I'll have to (eventually) reinstall.
