  • Anti-aliasing? Anisotropic Filtering? Vsync? HUH?!?!?

    Well, my video card recently tanked and the one eVga replaced it with (RMA) is TURBO, so I decided to investigate what exactly all of these things mean. I know it's common knowledge to some people, but not to everyone...and I found a site that explains things pretty clearly.

    Anyway, I particularly enjoy the "n00b-O-Meter"...

    Cool link. I knew what AA was (and I love using it :)) but AF was never explained...until now!

      While certainly informative... damn, that guy needs an editor. Some of that I could barely comprehend due to extra or missing words, heh.
