Can't offer any help, but I have one and it works well for me.

I have one and hate it, think about going back to my Razer...

I bought it the same time I bought my G15 keyboard, now i absolutely love my keyboard but I have the same problems as you, and also the battery only last about 6 hours with me.

No clue why it's so jumpy sometimes, at first I thought it was only when the battery was low, but then happened a couple of times with a new battery was in.

and I use it on my desktop BTW.

Hmm strange isn't it, i wonder why this is. Perhaps its interfering with something

For what it's worth - My bet is on interference. That begs the question.. So, what's interfering?

I've had mine since they were released and love it. I have a similar issue to what you describe with my MX1000 at work, but nobody else has reported having trouble with theirs.

You might need to uprade your firmware. SOURCE: http://theinquirer.net/?article=27923
Make sure you have the most recent driver:
                Find a different surface.

I too have it and love it. I haven't had any problems w/it except that the battery life sucks. Not too big a deal since I can swap them out in about 10 secs while I'm watching Santa tea-bagging me lol. I had an mx700 before that did the same thing though. It wasn't frequent enough to bother me too much though. Good luck!

I have it and no problems like you describe. My only issue is that my remapped mouse buttons don't work in BF2...actually only one works (pushing down on the mouse wheel for Prone), which is strange...why would only one work?

I have heard rumors that sometimes you should run it on a white printer paper if all else fails, i'm running my G5 on a dark wood desk and it works fine though.
