    Re: OfficeXP and frontpage

I have a corporate copy of Office XP Pro with Frontpage that does not require activation. They make a version copy with and without Frontpage. I just upgraded to Office 2003 Pro and like it very much.

When I got OfficeXP Pro it came with frontpage. It's an OEM three disk set.

Microsoft Office Professional 2003 does NOT include Microsoft FrontPage.

          office 1003 pro eh?

Do you use your own hammer with the chisel, or do they tell you how to carve one?

          ;)

But para's right. Some office installs have front page, others don't.

Personally, I like macromedia dreamweaver better.

There's a great HTML editor already built into Windows since 3.11

                      Notepad.exe

                          Re: OfficeXP and frontpage

IIRC DOS wouldn't let you save a file bigger than 8.3. So you could save Web.htm but not:
frontpagewebpage.html. Dos 6.22 fixed this, but that came as part of Windows.
