The latest iteration of 3DMark will launch later today and as we've reported earlier, it will be known as 3DMark Vantage. The ticker on Futuremark website has it set to launch around 15.00 today CET and this is the first 3DMark version that only supports DX10 and Windows Vista.

There will be four different versions, a free demo version which can be run a single time, the US$6.95 Basic Edition for non-comercial, personal use, that can only be run at one resolution and requiers the user to connect to Futuremark's ORB service to view the result, the US$19.95 Advanced Edition which adds custom settings which the Basic Edition doesn't have, but again only for non-comercial. personal use.

Then we have the US$495 for the Professional Edition which doesn't require an internet connection to view the results and it also adds scripting for automated batch runs and this version is for comercial use.
