another one of your classic posts huh

you know them simulators pilots train on, where do you think they get the gfx power from to display images at high frame rates on 1 huge screen or many smallones placed around them?

try thinking before you post your s**t

if no one needs it why did they make it. as i said, pilots are trained on big simulators that NEED gfx cards like that.

and its not the fact hes asking the questions its the way he asks them PSI... every post has this sh***y attitude and he has to reduce that somewhat.

P.S. if you're a pilot i retract my statement, but you probably arent :P
The U.S. military has had an I.T. policy for over 6 years that it MUST procure it's I.T. products from the civilian market unless a suitable device cannot be found within that market.

All of the Armed services simulators ( Stationary, not full motion) utilize O.T.S. components...meaning Off The Shelf. Up in Langley, just 40 mins north is the 1st Fighter Wing. They utilize 8 CPU's and SIXTEEN graphics cards per simulator.

My bro Troy works up there and loves it....they have modular motherboards and can load ANY AGP video card into the add-in slots. They just upgraded to ATI product by the way... ;)

So...if you could fit it, that card would be INTENSE...but not for UT2003, but rendering near-lifelike simulations of our environment and air-combat within it.
