PC Authority (AUS) reviews the ASUS 1004DN netbook

It's about a month old, but since it took me a while to hunt it down, here it is, a review on the 1004DN. I still can't find any mention of when it'll be released in the U.S., but it is available for purchase in the UK and in Australia as far as I know.

    Some features to note:
    1. DVD burner
    2. Express Card slot (3/4?)
    3. Intel 4500 integrated graphics (basic hardware T&L and a faster core than the GMA 950 + DX10 support)

It's in Australian currency. As with all things tech in Aussie, it's all hiked up pricing and doesn't reflect what it might sell for here in the U.S.

Yep. I'm guessing at maybe $700 if and when it hits the U.S. market. It wouldn't sell if it were $1,400.
