    Downloaded it while browsing the Windows website. Installing it now. I'll post back a quick dry run of it.

    Edit:

    Well, not much of a run. The address bar is turned off so I couldn't visit any published sites to check out the browser in real-world use. Overall, all the little tech demos worked and the experience was pretty smooth overall. No HTML5 videos to test though. Still fails Acid3 test, even if it does hit 55/100 (according to screenshot). The test itself wasn't linked to so I couldn't test IE9 on it. Though Acid3 shouldn't be used as a de-facto measurement of standards compliancy.
