  • The Amicus Brief filed in the Plame/Rove case

    Here is a link to the amicus brief filed by 36 major news networks in this case.

    I suggest that folks read it and consider how the case's reporting jives with what these organizations are saying in court.

    You can pretty much start reading at p24 of the pdf but of course some will want to read every word.

    You brought this up in another thread and it's being discussed there. BTW, the brief was not filed in any appeals for cases that have to do with the Rove/Plame "case". In fact, no charges have been filed against Rove. Anyway, I defer to the conversation in the other thread.

      I thought that "the Rove/Plame case" was more descriptive and less verbose than "The Amici Brief in the Grand Jury Subpoena of Judith Miller, Matthew Cooper, and Time, Inc."
