    Yep as you can guess the RIAA (our most loved federal agency) is in the news again this month. But, it looks like santa has put them on the naughty list and they get coal this christmas.

    In a surprise setback for the recording industry, a U.S. appeals court said Friday its methods for tracking down those who copy its music over the Internet are not authorized by law.
    U.S. court nixes Net music subpoenas

    THE Dutch Supreme Court ruled today that a major internet file-sharing service - allowing millions to swap computer files such as music or films for free - was a legal operation not in violation of copyright.
