      I always wanted to get into Smashing Pumpkins but I never really got round to it. The few songs of thiers that I have heard are really good and I was going to get thier Greatest Hits. Would you recomend Mellon Collie or Greatest Hits (If you've heard it).

            Greatest Hits might be a good starting point, they've changed styles so much over the years that it might be easier to sample from that first, rather than jump right in.

            Yeah, I'm thrilled about the reunion.

                          I fell asleep twice trying to watch Barry Lindon (which apparently was a technical masterpiece, since all the night scenes were lit naturally with the set candles and he hacked apart vintage cameras to open the apertures enough to film 'by candlelight', but was nonetheless a snoozefest for me) and I haven't seen anything before Dr. Strangelove. But his masterworks are still some of the best (if not the best) movies ever made. :)

                            I LOVE Barry Lyndon, but I know what you're talking about. It's like watching a campfire for me though: mesmerizing.

                            Yeah I pretty much love everything he did. Cohen bros too: at least they're always beautifully shot.
