Highs: 4x Cruise/ Torp Launchers 2x Heavy Nos
Meds: 1x AB 1x Web 1x Scram 1/2x Sensor Booster, Fill the rest with EW
Lows: Cap rechargers, fitting mods, or an armor tank

That's pretty much a standard Scorp loadout. Toss in a bunch of drones (3xheavies or 5x meds and 5x lights) and you're all set.

Don't forget light and medium drones, you can fit 5 of each in a scorp.

Lose the AB, fit large cap booster and your good.

Don't use lows for fitting or cap since you have the booster, use them for large armour rep and hardeners/EANM + damage control.

If you can fit the above (can fit with AWU) then drop a heavy nos for med neut to take care of those pesky tacklers.

If want more EW lose scram/web and increase range away from the battle since your launchers can hit from 60+km where your ECM's optimal range is.

          Highs:
          4 Cruise, 2 Heavy Nos,
          Mids:
1 x 20km scram, 1 sensor booster, 5 Ewar, 1 x AB (you want this to get into NOS range, scorps can kill really well if they keep a jam on a target and start nossing it)
          Lows:
          1 Medium Armor Rep (you want a named), 2 x 1600mm plate, 1 x EANM

This gives you nearly 13000 hp of armor with Tungsten, the resists are ok, and you have that nice shield for a buffer. Surely in that time you will get one jam. Once you are in scram range, you are in Nos range and at that point, you blind him, suck his tank out of him and slowly pund him to death with cruises.
