    Hi everyone!

I'm wondering, is this part of TG still going?

I played WoW for quite a long time, but then got bored of it, Now, I really cant think of anything I'd rather play. I just bought another 6 months of gameplay, and am looking for a server to join, and figured why not start looking here.

I've been with TG for quite a long time, but hardly strayed from Natural Selection.

My personal stance on WoW, I am in no way a PVP oriented player, I am much happier trying to further myself and my team without doing the opposite to others who just happen to be playing in a different faction. That being said, I'm not afraid to defend myself or my team if others don't feel the same way.

Suprisingly, my highest level character (only low 40s, thats when I got bored, right after I got my mount =/ ) was located on a PVP Server, which was possibly why I did not enjoy the game as much as I could have.

I am willing to RP too, if its required, or acceptable. But im not one of those crazy RPers who will walk across the country instead of run because "Nobody could really run that far"

Should things work out here, I would probably not be able to participate as much in your events until I am of high enough level.

Let me know what you think.

    Re: WoW

Come check us out on Thunderhorn and jump on Teamspeak with us...that is all we require. Courtesy and friendliness are also a must. FRom what I read, you;ll fit with us indeed. We are alliance side.

As for our guild, we are multi-faceted with a slight emphasis right now on getting ready for end-game. Many of our 60's are leveling alts and our guild is of moderate size.

I'll give you a temporary invite to the guild that we give our recruits. it allows you to see what we see and let us check you out while you check us out.

Welcome back to WoW...we'll show you how fun it can be...we're on a Normal server...not RP or PvP...

      Re: WoW

well, I'm currently playing a lvl 9 Human Mage on Thunderhorn named Vinzalf

I know about the TS server, Just Not sure the proper way to make an introduction, so I figured I'd post here first.

This will really be my first human character, generally I only played Night Elves.

Well, I'm going to hop on the TS server, probably join the ts server, say hello, and then stay quiet unless spoken to =P

          Re: WoW

I started talking, once everyone left the channel.

But anyways, Got up to 12 or 13 tonight.

Weekdays for me = playing possibly before 3 PM CST and after 12:30 AM CST or later, due to work, so I may not be around during prime time, but weekends for the most part work great =)

I'll be on sometime tomorrow, but I'll still be quiet probably. I can be a verbal person, I just have to reach a certain comfort level =/

I really should be awake for another 3-4 hours, but my sleep schedule is all messed up so I'm going to bed now in the hopes that I can stay up later tomorrow.

          Gnight

Hey Vinzalf, another lowbie on Thunderhorn!

Started the 2 week trial last night, and have to say, it's quite fun. Think I'll pick this up after the trial is over.

Halethorn, 4th level night Elf Driud, at your service when you need someone to group with.

Hey guys, good to see some "new" blood!!

Contact any guild officer in-game to see about a guild invite. Feel free to check out the new member FAQ (familiar stuff to old TG hands, but worth a visit anyway).

Thanks, I will. I'm curious to see TG's take on the game, but alas, probably won't be able to experience it until I level up.

make your way to StormWind Mateo, then we can meet up (It's a long walk...)

Come to think about it, since your new, You probably couldn't walk there... keep going and let me know when you reach level 10-15.

I made the run at level 4... but I knew where to go and what to avoid, maybe I'll make my way to Menethil Harbor soon.

                    Re: WoW

Vinzalf, Mateo... I'm on PST so 12:30 am your time still leaves a couple of hours of play for me. If we need to get a night elf to SW or vice versa to get you two together we can do that. Either with escort or we might be able to get one of the guild mages to teleport you to the nearest city. Talk to someone in guild about bags also since they tend to be a much needed item for everyone especially when you first start out.

                      Heh, yes bags = good

I usually dont have any bags until I get to IF to buy them from the AH, however this character, I've found 6 small pouches total so far... It's weird.

Anyhow, I still have to locate one of these officers for above trial invite... But I'm fine for now, probably wont see one until the weekend.

                        Already found a pouch.

Got it off a grellkin that I was totally going to pass up on to get to my next quest.

But he was all skipping around, and I said, "Ok, that's it skippy, you're toast!"

                          Re: WoW

but remember, you have 4 more bag slots, and 6 slot bags are good, but there are much bigger ones to get as well.

Don't they go up to like 20 slots?

They go up to 16 slot bags usually for start 10-12 work nicely just for the simple fact more bag space less trips back to empty them and you can pick up and cash in on everything. The 6 and 8 just tend to fill up too quickly with "quest items" at any level. and it stinks to have to toss items because of space. I know my priest can make some 8 slots I believe and others can make bigger so ask around in guild or ask beep to dig up his mr baggins thread.

Hm, Found this too, apparently its 18 slots: http://www.thottbot.com/?i=35884

anyhow, bags = money, theres no getting around it =D The longer you can gain items without going back to a store, the better.
