    Lvl 62 - Aspect of the Viper - The hunter takes on the aspects of a viper, regenerating mana equal to 25% of his Intellect every 5 sec. Only one Aspect can be active at a time.

    Lvl 66 - Steady Shot - A steady shot that causes ${$RAP/4+$m1} damage. 6 sec Cooldown

    [Note: Just translates to (RAP/4 + m1) where m1 is some bonus damage; the 66 rank seems to be +0.]

    Unsure - Kill Command - Give the command to kill, causing your pet to instantly attack for an additional 87 damage. Can only be used after the Hunter lands a critical strike on the target. 5 sec Cooldown

    [Note: Kill Command is 75 focus.]

    Arcane shot rank 9
    Costs 230 mana,
    6 sec cooldown
    instant cast.
    An instant shot that causes RAP/5+300 Arcane damage.

    Also, since they are making Hunter agility = 1 RaP in the TBC, they have modiefied some sets, starting with dragonstalker and up. Here are a few leaked pieces. Also, it will now take 33agi to = 1 crit.

      Auto Shot damage: SlayingMod*(AmmoDPS*WeaponSpeed+RWSMod*(RAP/14*WeaponSpeed+Scope+AverageWeaponDamage))

      Aimed Shot damage: SlayingMod*(AmmoDPS*WeaponSpeed+RWSMod*(RAP/14*2.8+Scope+AverageWeaponDamage+AimedShotBonus))

      Multi-Shot damage: BarrageMod*GSMod*SlayingMod*MSCoEff* (AmmoDPS*WeaponSpeed+RWSMod*(RAP/14*2.8+Scope+AverageWeaponDamage+MultiShotBonus))

            You should also note that Arcane and Aimed Shot will no longer share a cooldown.

            Arcane shots are all getting a RAP/N modifier to scale it in damage.

            Pets are going to recieve a buff to stats, abilities, and damage. They will also get a small % of your stat bonuses added to their own.

            Survival tree gives us melee hunters. Just think about that for a while and laugh with me.

            Frozen shot is like the new "OMFG" counterspell for pwnage. Silly caster trying to heal? FROZEN SHOT! 4 second interrupt and no casting then 600 damage. MM speced? DOUBLE FROZEN SHOT! 1200 damage and no casting4you.

            In short, hunters are going to burn more mana, but will do more DPS with the new skills and spells added to our books.

            Multi->Aimed->Serpent->Mutli->Aimed->Auto->Multi->
            rotation will be replaced with

            Multi->Aimed->Arcane->Steady->Multi->
            rotation


            Scorpid sting looks pretty on paper, but I'll wager 80% of what we find are still immune to it.

            Arachnid poison is funny. 15 second duration with full armor loss from 12-15 seconds. If it could be reapplied that would be amusing and a nice way to increase damage overall.

            Love AotV + BoW + MST. More mana to blow on shots.

            Stampede + Flying Islands and locations in Outland = good times. Furthermore, any cliff or high location could see some fun hunter times with this ability. Fly my pretties...FLY! MC 3 second cast for the 'throw'? Pft...instant cast 6 yard knockback.

            Actually...our ability to stop spell casters has increased dramatically.

            Currently we have the following skills:
            Concussion Proc (3 second stun)
            Scattershot (0-20 confuse)
            Intimidating Howl (3 second stun)

            Now we get all those and:
            Stampede (6 yard knockback and disruption)
            Frozen Arrow (4 second freeze, 600 damage)
            Beastial Wrath + Beastial Unity (extra IH stun)
            My sanity is not in question...
            It was a confirmed casualty some time ago.

                We still love you Palso...even if you aren't perfect. ;)

                It should also be noted that instead of +2% crit on the t3 piece we see +28 Crit rating.

                Until the crit rating to crit% scales are figured out and the level 60 agility:crit ratio is as well (since all characters in TBC beta are level 70 the 33:1 ratio is probably the level 70 ratio so the level 60 ratio will be lower). We can probably assume that 14 crit rating =! 1% crit because you have to scale the increased crit% from agility into the calculations. Also, T3 is level 60 epic armor. While plans are made for scaling epics and legendary pieces to level 70 standards with 'additions' to them the details are still unknown.

                Yes Halten, your HoR will get an upgrade quest like the Corrupted Ashbringer as will probably Thunderfury and the staff out of Naxx. This was hinted at on the forums when people started to display concerns that the 'legendary' items weren't so legendary anymore. The developers intend to keep the number of legendary items low, but keep the wish for the investment in getting them to be high by giving upgrades to keep them just as legendary with new content as with old. Sorta like the 0.5 armor quests of tier0 armor.

                  Bleh, im just tired and cranky tonight, the new items/skills i grabbed from other sites, not able to post them cause i havent made 15 posts. I just relayed the info to here. The itemization hasnt been released yet so the guy who did that just put 2% crit, we are unsure if T3 will be updated for a 60 or 70 set. Im thinking 60.

                      i have a bad feeling hat hunters are gonna be beaten to a bloody pulp with the nurf stick..... /still wishes for 10 RAP per agility..... 5 agil per crit... plate armor at lvl 70 (shields too) and uh... aspect of the bird(fly) aspect of WTFPWND (100% crit chance... increases RAP by 200%) i can dream... right?

                        They arent looking to bad... when you look at it, our gear is being re-itimized so that we still get the same amount of RaP per item, its just not coming from agility. Plus it seems were getting a talent below TSA that will give us 20% more RaP with 5/5. So if anything it looks as if were getting more RaP. The crit scale is even going down to 33agi = 1% crit to scale the decrease in agility per item. On top of that, they are giving our bows a 8-10 RAW dps increase.
