      Most of those settings are stuff that can be changed in game anyways. Just easier to edit the .ini once and have it stay...

      The only one pb might have an issue with is the peekspeed one....

        Now I remember what really affects your FPS. For some reason changing your netspeed will boost FPS. The easiest way is to go to multiplayer options and set it to T1. It's the same as setting netspeed to 20000 in the .ini files.

              one thing cobra the human eye can only see about 30 fps so does it really make a difference?

                The 30 fps is a myth. Movies are ok to show you 24-30 fps because they have blurring. If you pause action frames you'll see the smear of movement that aids in smooth animation. Games don't have that so 30 fps may not be adequate for some people.

                  i will tell you if my machine is running at 30 fps or 60 fps i cant tell the difference.

                    Same here. I can usually tolerate 30 fps. However, fps tolerance is subjective. I know that some other players can't stand anything lower than 60 and do tell the difference.

                      I CAN see the difference. I can also feel it in my head. 30fps is WAY too laggish for my eyes.

                        well ok it really doeesnt help me but good find anyway as long as it helps some people.. i dont know why but i pull 40 fps anyhow and i really dont see any problems at all.. strange
