    I recently got my crappy video card upgraded from a Geforce 8500 to an HD Radeon 4670. I crapped my pants on how awesome the improvement was but now I am bothered from one small thing.

    What's the difference between the shader settings "High" and "Direct 3D 10?"
    Other then framerate loss I see no visual difference. Anyone know?

          yah its scary how good this game looks once you can turn everything up. Im really looking forward to getting my 260 up and running so i can turn up all the pretties...

            Do you still have noticable studdering with your newcard with Dx10 on? I'm considering buying a new card primarily because i'd like to run COH on ultra settings without any problems or lag.

              Can't you run it in Ultra without having DX10 on? It's a huge performance hit just for improved lighting and ground debris. Also, avoid SLI, apparently CoH doesn't take advantage of it all that well.

                Your right. It's only when I bump it up to dx10 in ultra when I get some studdering.
