I have two sign-ups so far, so another team of two would be wonderful!

                    Re: TGU ArmA2 "Navigation Course"

I no longer love my paper map. It's Y axis is 370m (ish) 'above' what it should be... meaning that 04280679 on in-game maps is 04280652 on my map. And lack of zoomage meant that some points on the map (i.e. buildings) are covered by location text.

And making us read signs in the pitch black in forests is evil!

It was so dark, I couldn't tell if my monitor was on or off. Credit to WarFairy for keeping me from attempting to move my mouse through my monitor repeatedly. Thanks to JB for taking the time to share his knowledge and stay up into the wee hours!

                        Re: TGU ArmA2 "Navigation Course"

First of all thank you so much for your time and patience JB.

I was walking around looking at my compass and that is about it :row__646:. Other than the compass the monitor was completely black, even the stars refused to cooperate.... (although I do think that trying to navigate in game looking at the Great Bear Constellation is too geeky ;) ) I did get quite frustrated at some point not being able to see or jog in the game :icon_mad:. But in the end after a lot of doubt as to is this really where we should be going ? (pause, look at tree and start hitting it wispering do you have any info? do you?) :row__787:
Thanks to woof too as well for holding my hand in the dark :row1_7:

Yeah, I have to change the time of day however reluctant I am from a teaching point of view, but it is essential that you all have a success experience and do not become frustrated.
